Article 2 — Applicability These terms apply to all orders via limayascloset.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Article 3 — Prices All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. The applicable price is the price at the time of ordering. Obvious errors do not bind us. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 — Payment Payment is made via iDeal, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact or credit card. The order is processed after receipt of payment.

Article 5 — Formation of agreement An agreement is formed when you place an order and we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order if fraud or incorrect details are suspected.

Article 6 — Delivery Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via PostNL. Free shipping from €100. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

Article 7 — Returns See our full returns policy. Sale items are excluded from the right of return. Return period: 14 days, starting from the delivery date as registered in the track & trace.

Article 8 — Warranty For defects not resulting from normal use we will resolve this free of charge, provided it is reported within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Article 9 — Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase amount. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.

Article 10 — Intellectual property All content on limayascloset.com (texts, images, logos, branding) is the property of Limayas Closet. Nothing may be copied or used without written permission.

Article 11 — Personal data We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

Article 12 — Force majeure In the event of force majeure (fire, strike, extreme weather, pandemic etc.) we are temporarily not obliged to fulfil our obligations. We will inform you as soon as possible.

Article 13 — Complaints Complaints via Limayascloset@gmail.com stating your order number. Response within 5 business days. European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 14 — Applicable law Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
