Processing time Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Ordered before 3:00 PM? Your order will be processed the same day and shipped the next business day. Orders placed in the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Shipping partner We ship via PostNL. After shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code to follow your package.

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: €7,95 — free from €100
  • Belgium: €10,00 — free from €100
  • Germany: €12,00 — free from €100

Delivery time

  • Netherlands: 1-2 business days after shipping
  • Belgium: 2-4 business days after shipping
  • Germany: 3-6 business days after shipping

Delivery times are indicative. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by PostNL, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Package not received? First check your track & trace status. Has your package been in transit for more than 5 business days without an update? Contact us at Limayascloset@gmail.com with your order number. We will then contact PostNL on your behalf.

Received a damaged package? Did you receive a damaged package? Accept it under reservation and take photos of the damage immediately. Send these within 48 hours to Limayascloset@gmail.com with your order number.
